Veal Butt Tenderloin

Pan cook or sautéing: Cut meat into 1” thick pieces and cook over medium heat about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Grilling: Preheat oven to 450°F(230°C) and cook for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes.

Tenderloin medallion steaks or roasts.
